Results are usually published several business days after processing is complete. Processing time depends on the exam, the number of candidates, and moderation cycles. We send an email as soon as your result becomes available.
How to check your result
- Use your candidate details from the confirmation letter to access the results portal or contact us for a direct link.
- If the certificate has been issued, you can verify it on our homepage using the exact certificate number.
- If you see “Not found”, double-check formatting (dashes, zeros) and try again later — the record may not be published yet.
What is shown with an active certificate
- Certificate number — unique for each candidate.
- Full name — as provided during registration (latin transcript if applicable).
- Exam date — the date your papers were taken (if available for display).
- Level — e.g., B2 or C1; additional sub-scores may be provided in your candidate report.
If you need official confirmation
For employers or institutions requiring formal confirmation, please write to our team with the candidate’s full name, exam date, and (if available) certificate number. We provide verification letters and can share confirmation directly with the requesting institution upon your consent.
Corrections & appeals
If you spot a spelling mistake in the name or need to correct personal data, contact us immediately. Minor spelling fixes may be processed quickly if requested shortly after publication. Appeals regarding results follow the awarding body’s procedure and timelines; we will guide you case-by-case.
